Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist Question?

I know during the Single Scope Background Investigation they check your credit score. I have a credit account (due to the fact that I went over my limit by about 200 dollars and took a while to get it back to my limit) but I should have it completely paid within a week. It was as college credit account so it was only something like a 700 dollar maximum. Will this keep me from obtaining a TS security clearance? I have nothing else bad in my history, no criminal record, drug use etc. Thanks
