Marigold seeds dropped all over in my veggie garden?

I grew lots and lots of marigolds to deter pests and now, when I went to pull up the plants, seeds were dropping everywhere! They are so tiny, how can I pick most of them up so the don't replant themselves all over in the wrong places next year?
