Wasn't she in a Playboy issue (it may have been Maxim) back in 2003?

It wasn't nude, just a fanservice pic basically of her in a skimpy outfit with her hair down washing the kitchen floor. I believe the drawing was done by Groening himself, but it wasn't anything you wouldn't see on the show.
 
Just searching the words "Marge Simpson" in Google will get you the Maxim cover from April '04

I wonder if Playboy will be doing something similar? I shudder at the thought of seeing a full frontal spread of one of my favorite fictional tv moms. But at the same time I'm oddly intrigue.
 
I don't think Groening would ever agree to draw that, at least I don't think he would. Who the hell knows, he's kept the series on for years, hell if Playboy waved enough money infront of him, maybe he would.
 
I own both issues of Maxim from that month. Paris Hilton was on one of the covers. Marge was on the other cover. Personally, I wish it would've been Lois Griffin instead of Marge.
 
Usually I'm the first one to say that talking about how cartoon characters are sexy is pretty creepy but in this case I must throw my two cents in as far as sexiness goes:

Lois > Marge
 
I believe asking for that is against the rules. So no one should post a link to that, but I think a link to a page that includes a link suffices.
 
I don't get this. If people want to see something like that all they need is Google Image Search, where they'll find whole sites with mind-boggling levels of unimaginable perversity including every member of the Simpson's family, in every combination including ones forbidden by man, nature and God. There's Simpsons porn out there people have been arrested for possessing.
 
Yeah, but the main difference is that this'll be officially sanctioned artwork from the show's producers. And I'm pretty sure that it's meant to be more funny than sexy.

I wonder how long it'll be before DeviantArt's "Playtoon" concept becomes a reality...
 
A calendar released around 97 I think, each month is a famous painting and march or april was Venus de Milo with Marge. It was a pretty awesome calendar all the Simpson versions of the paintings were neat.
 
You sure it wasn't Botticelli's "The Birth of Venus." That's the one where Venus is standing in a shell and only one breast is uncovered. "Venus de Milo" is a sculpture, both of its breasts are uncovered and it has no arms, which would be kind of creepy to see Marge without.
 
After doing some research, it was the "1995 Fun Calendar." However the only image I can find from it is the front cover, and even that's a tiny preview image.

So... for those who actually saw it... how was the... area... drawn? Little dot?

The nipple? Its not extremely detailed since it wasn't porn but yeah its a circle and a line.

I haven't seen it since I used it as a calendar though, its in storage somewhere.

I was just pointing out it wouldn't be the first time Marge is naked on official artwork though that wasn't erotic. But yeah I think it'll be something similar to the Maxim one since Playboy did something similar with their videogame babes issue I think the only topless picture wasn't even in the magazine but online. This marketing stunt isn't going to save Playboy magazine though if thats what they're trying to do.
 
I remember back when Rolling Stone had that pic of Bart re-enacting the cover of Nirvana's Nevermind, there were two versions, one with genitalia, and one without. I've seen both thanks to Google Image Search.
