Many small bumps on face

Hi!
I have many many many tiny skin coloured bumps on my face and is only visible under some lightings. It is very visible in the sun but not in the shade. It doesn't look like normal pimples and they are not red, what is it?How do i get rid of it?:confused:

Could be due to dehydrated skin? in which case a good quality moisturiser could help
Could also be an allergic reaction a friend gets similar from a reaction to dust mites from pillows without dust mite covers?
I would go to a beautician for advice, then skin specialist/dermatologist next hope that helps

I have the same thing. I have perfect skin and I got those same bumps out of no where and it actually spread all over my face. Did you figure out what it was and did it go away?
