Manual to power window swap Dodge Stratus?

I'm interested in swapping my manual windows (and possibly the mirrors) to Power windows and mirrors. I already have the donor car with all the parts needed, I just need to get a complete understanding of how the system works before doing it. Does it have its own electronic computer module? Should I expect a lot of work? Anyone out there with experience? Thanks
