Manga Beginner: Need to learn everything- Any Advice/?

In just the past week I've decided that I wan't to learn how to draw manga and read the comics. Plz, any recommendations or tips would be helpful. What mangas are good to read? -without sexual content, cussing, etc.
 
Berserker and Fruits Basket are booth good mangas to start with.

Comics are read from top left all the way to the bottom right.
