unconstitutional, right? I mean.....its how you go about doing it.

Its one thing for the govt to tax citizens and then take the money and provide or subsidize health care such as they do in most other major countries, but to not tax them and to say we are just going to force you to buy an insurance policy that costs $8,000 a year for your family of 4 is really absurd.
 
Contrary to popular belief, health insurance is not mandatory. The government wants you to believe it is, but in reality, there is no law stating that you must purchase it.

On a similar note, paying for a car in gold (cash value) means that you (not the bank) own the car and do not need a license plate. Do your research :). The government likes to blot out the true law with what they want us to believe.
