How should I list my Mandarin proficiency level on the resume. I took 3 years of Mandarin in high school (also took the regent exam, required for regents diploma in NYC), and also 1 semester of Intermediate Chinese in college. The professor spoke in Mandarin 90% of the time unless it's really necessary for her to explain some things in English.
I can understand and speak it fairly well. Would that still be considered conversational mandarin? or can I list it as intermediate chinese? or is there another word to describe it?
