My girlfriend was told to finish off her "Training Process" until the end of this week. After that, the company will let her go. She is a current Manager-In-Training at a franchised restaurant. She was fired due to a petty theft misdemeanor that occurred in 2008 which the Employer was already AWARE of and decided to still go about the promotion process. She has trained for countless hours (12 HR shifts), gone to countless meetings, and has done NOTHING wrong within the workplace itself. The RDO of the company decided to all of a sudden change her mind again after she already gave approval.
