well america keeps poking its nose in health issues all over the world and then in some cases without real grounds tries to circumcise everybody i.e. south korea and africa that we know of so less involvement might be a good thing . they also try to make big bucks out of other countries illnesses with high prices for drugs they supply but hopefully that problem is now improving ,
