Anyone with a Blackberry and a double-shot mocha can be a better GM than MJ just as much as anyone with at least 1/2 of a brain can be a much better (and much wittier) sports commentator than Barkley. Oooh Snap!

He did a terrible job as GM and also he was who selected in 1º place of the draft the worst player in history: Kwame "the clown" Brown.

Sorry I just remember someone criticizing Barkeley for that. In fact I think it was during the Wizards Cavs series where Barkeley said the Wizards have no chance to beat the Cavs.
In all honestly MJ hasn't panned out as a GM he's made some moves that are questionable like picking up Nazr Mohammad, hiring Larry Brown. Draft choices haven't panned out either. Also the Kwame Brown pick. But I do think that Barkeley is intelligent and could run a team I heard it was in his plans after TNT.
