These two guys named SuperYoshi and RetroJape on youtube discovered some old Super Mario World episodes and SuperYoshi decided to screw it up in WMM and send it to RetroJape, then RetroJape sent him another one. They were originally meant to confuse and annoy people, but instead it spread like wildfire in terms of popularity. Now SuperYoshi has like 200 subscribers and there are at least 500 poop videos. At least that's how I think it happened. I remember RetroJape made a comment about how it all happened and it went something along the lines of that.
