So, this will be my first attempt at making normal carmel flan...
I have all the ingredients but I'm not sure about the pan to put it in and I really don't want to go out and buy a special one just for this.
It calls for all these types of [deep, high top pans] tube pan and etc etc.
Does it really matter that much? I have other ones that aren't as deep. Could I even just use a glass like a pyrex glass pan??
