making car move without going up and down.?

my homework is to make a car out of cardboard any shape car and we jave to use reuluax triangles as the wheels. obviously we cannot put the wheels on in the middle because it will go up and down i need serious help i think i found out where to put it but need help or advice. in this video the black dot is the middle of the triangle and the middle of the big red circle is the point i was thnking where to put the wheels on it seems like it would work. please give me advice if you think im correct or not video is like 50 seconds or less. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pES8ThLeAj8
