You could use Outlook Express and setup your News Groups there or use Guide for Uploading also...

You have to upload to make a request. Go into grabits options and pu your emial as anything and name as anything hen go to your group and click POST.

Then a email like box comes up, in the title put REQ: YOUR REQUEST THANK YOU IN ANDVANCED!!!

and put anyhing in he main body and hen click post. Done :01:

Ive done that before and it wouldnt post so I used the News in Outlook instead and it worked fine...
