I know how to make a ringtone in iTunes for my iPhone, but iTunes 9 is giving me a problem. When I enter in the Start and Stop times, then convert/create the ACC, the ACC file it creates does not have the length I indicated. For example, if I choose Start 1:20 and Stop 1:49 and create the ACC, the new ACC file it creates is coming up as 1:11 in length, when it should be 0:29. This used to work perfectly in iTunes 8. Does anyone know why there is a length problem in iTunes 9? Has Apple caught on to people making their own ringtones and disabled it in iTunes 9?

I'm using a PC, not a Mac.
And I called Apple's technical support, and the guy didn't know what to do or how to help me...probably because they are not allowed to tell you how to make ringtones from music that was not purchased from Apple.
