Making a website with Notepad on a Vista- why won't it let me save it as a .htm image?

I'm trying to pass mission Basic Four on HackThisSite.com, and I know how to pass it, but when I try to do what I need to do- make a different webpage by replacing Sam's email with mine- Notepad won't let me save it as a .htm image- only .txt and "All files", which doesn't work..

What should I do? Does this work better on Wordpad? Thank you so much!

Click all files. Then name it website.html

It's important that you name it .html at the end. You need to pick all files first.

Choose "all files" as your file format. Name your file whatever you want, followed by the ".htm" extension. This will make the file a .htm file.
