Making A Video - Sony Vegas 10 help!?

I'm making a video on Vegas Pro 10 and I, for the life of me, cannot figure out how to like.. "caption" (I guess?) the video. Like I have a clip of someone and I want their name to fade in as a caption as the clip plays, but I cannot figure it out! I'm kinda new to Vegas so... HELP!
