making a book of shadows?

how do i create a B.O.S. out of a 3-ringed binder, like desinging the outside of it, the inside i will be using sheet protectors for my work. anyone have any ideas for creating the outside of a folder??
Like both a regular book of shadows and a charmed book of shadows.
