So im looking at buying a 01 celica, but 145 hp doesnt seem like that much, im looking for some ways to improve the speed and also make it faster off the line. right now im looking at cold air intakes,and i know about them but i was wondering if anyone here could tell me what exhaust systems, and chips do. and if you have any other ideas please go ahead and tell me.
