makeup to cover up my dark under eye circles?

i use covergirl liquid concelear, but it doesnt last through the school day, and i have wicked dark under eye circles. its not even like bags under my eyes just really dark circles

i dont know any other cheap brand (under ten bucks) any suggestions?? or just does anyone know how to make it stay the whole day? tips, suggestions anything! thankk you soooooooooo much!! :D
