I am planning to get the Revlon Colorstay Foundation, but it comes in two different formulas:
-Oily/Combination SPF 6
-Dry SPF 15
I need to buy a good liquid foundation for the formal (i think you guys call it prom in america...) but it needs to be long lasting and not look pale white in flash photography!
I read up that SPF in foundation can effect the colour of your face in flash photos, from something called Titanium Dioxide.
Both formulas of the Revlon Colorstay have Titanium Dioxide but the Dry formula has 4.4% and the Oily formula has 7.3%
Its confusing because the Dry formula has less Titanium Dioxide but more SPF?? and The combo/oily is vice versa...
I do plan to buy a pressed powder to go over the foundation to set it/make it matte (?) so im not sure if which one i buy makes a difference.
**I have dry skin by the waay..
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeees, so anyone, please help me in picking which formula to purchase!
and if you have any recommendations of better liquid foundation that is flash photography friendly, please please let me know!
TIA
