Ever been to the dessert? Yeah that's my face. 
anyways my skin is so so so dry. And whenever I try to put on foundation later on in the day it ends up flaking. Right now I'm currently using revlon colorstay liquid foundation (for normal to dry skin) and obviously its not right for my dry skin if I get flaky skin at the end of the day. So I was wondering what foundation would work for my dessert dry skin? I would prefer liquid but I have also heard that liquid dries your skin out even more so should I use mineral makeup instead? What brand/type should I use?
Oh ps it has to be available at target or walmart
And is there anything I could modify about my foundation routine? I always moisturize but what else can I do?
