Makeup for a high school freshman?

Okay so I'm going to a new school and I don't want to be a cakeface, I have natural lipgloss but I don't have a clue about anything else help?

In case it makes a difference, I have pale skin, light blue/gray eyes and dark brown hair.
 
definitely not too much, just like a little bit of blush maybe, and with light skin and blue eyes you shouldn't use black eyeliner use brown
 
i reccomend brown eye shadow (smooth it with over with a makeup sponge) then brown eyeliner on your lower lid and a lil below it (a little, then smooth that with a sponge to) then wet a q-tip and clean your lower lid so it looks like it is natural. then lightly put foundation on your face (i sugest minereal makeup) and a natural blush. it looks very natural
