Make Windows Mobile app from SWF file?

I have a very simple .swf file that I would like to convert to a Windows Mobile app format (i.e. CAB installation package) that runs via the phone's Flash Lite application.

Any info on this process would be great! Thanks!
NOTE: The .swf file will play, however I have to go through File Manager and find it in order to use it. I am seeking to basically make a Start menu entry for it.
 
What you are asking to do requires some hard programming to create the .cab installation file. I believe you could use Visual Studio 2008.

Or, if you aren't a programmer, you can try purchasing some software from Handango.com or WM6Software.net that allows you to create your own themes. Then you can POSSIBLY use your SWF to create your theme.

But I think you might be stuck if you can't program.
