Really nice thread I do try some of the things posted. Have to remind myself sometimes b/c people can be annoying too. So to be nice and good and kind and everything else takes a lot of patience !! I tell myself I am only human and will do better next time !!

I do this, when ever I'm walking down the street and I see a random person walking the other way (none chav, an adult) I always try and smile at them, and get a smile back.
