Hello guys! I would like to convert my FLV file into HD video or make it more clear. Its in a low quality video and been wondering if I can still do about it.

I really hope they do encode it into a better quality video, even not HD but the quality would be much visible would be really enough for me.

Yeah, thats what I got for searching through days in the internet that it cannot be improve from the original quality.
I'm just shooting for a lucky try if there's a possibility.
