To make a flying Car you need 4 turbines on the four corners of the car, in fact where the wheel archers are.
To take the mystery out of turbines, - the same as the ones they use on Jet fighters, but smaller and cheaper. The solution for turning is simple, the rear diff of the car doesn't move does it.
If you could control which side the air escapes from the diff, and make it so the direction of the air can be left or right, at different times then you would have your steering right and left movement.
The solution for the forward movement and also going backwards whilst in flight, is this,
the two front turbines affix them to an arm which moves like a pendulum so you can go forward and backwards.
To Solve the problem of balance whilst in the air is VITAL as you dont want to be hanging upside down, you need 2 fly wheels one for the vertical balance and the other for the horizontal balance,
Now to stop the heating problem when it comes to metal fly wheels you use a plastic fly wheel, these days they have plastic which is stronger then metals.
If you do this for me in the span of 24 hours, with technicians, I will show you a way to make a UFO which can travel at light speed. But the thing is at light speed "time travel for 2 times light speed equals 1000 years to one day for the traveller"..!!!!... This has to be calculated with precise timing, or nothing will be left to return to.
This car will also be able to drive normally.
