maybe its just me being skeptical...
but when ANYONE makes a claim that awesome, let alone a politician...i take it with a grain of salt and understand that it will take time for it to work out.
Literally the only thing I believe the government can quickly is enact a state of emergency, and after the events of Katrina even that is questionable.
And from what I remember, he never made it sound like it would create jobs from the jump, that seems to have been an implied nrabroad
