Major help needed - Which Android phone and which provider?!?!

I have a decision to make. Well, two decisions.

1. Phone - I'm stuck between the HTC EVO 4G on Sprint, the Droid Incredible on Verizon, or waiting a week and getting the Motorola Droid X on Verizon. What are the strong/weak points of these phones?

2. Network - Sprint or Verizon?
 
Do your home on the provider issue. You are the only one to decide that one. Find the carrier that has the best coverage where you plan to use it - where you live, work, travel and play.
 
Sprint is cheaper, Verizon has better coverage (unless you can lock your Sprint phone onto roam only when you need to). Depends on your budget and local.
