Maintinence costs - Porsche vs. Lexus?

So we're thinking of getting either a Porsche Cayenne or a Lexus RX350 (and if neither of those work out for some reason, maybe a BMW X3 or X5).

The big thing here is maintenance costs. I know German cars (Porsche) are more expensive to maintain, but by how much? If you're a Porsche, Lexus or BMW owner, how much are you spending on maintenance? Especially on the 50k and 100k mile tune-ups. Thanks!
 
I'm a BIG Porsche fan, but a Lexus is a smarter choice. more reliable and not as costly as Porsche and BMW.
