mailbox on OVI Nokia

i was create my mailbox on OVI Nokia but my phone can not start screen
i try to turn on it but when it start up for 2 or 3 second it will be lost screen and than it's screen was turn off all the time.
how can i fix it.

sorry,but i never use mailbox with my phone before,i think it may because you phone doesn't support that fucntion
