Mail - retrieve Exchange settings from phone

Hi,

I have previously set my HTC Hero (t-mobile G2) up to sync with our work Exchange server, I remember it taking a lot of trial and error to figure out all the settings.

A new colleague at work has the same phone and I will try and set mail up for him too next week but I can not figure out how on earth to retrieve the full list of settings from my own phone. All I get when I go into the account settings page is email address, server address and username - am sure it is missing some settings.

Any ideas or am I suffering from amnesia?
 
I do that and it's missing at least the domain setting incidentally i've just set it up for him from memory but still very strange how it won't let me see all the settings.
 
have you admin correclty configure autodiscover and you shouldnt have togo thu all this agony

all you need to know is
server address
email address
user name
password
domain
ssl yes or no
 
I know, i said in the last message i'd sorted this out already - just wondering why it's now hiding half the settings from me. doesn't matter too much tho.
