Mail function in php?

hi, i use mail() function to send a mail in php form. but i need my smtp address to be used with one.com
that is , ini_set("SMTP"," ? ? ? ?"). I have tried out "send.my3gb.com" or "mail.my3gb.com" or even "smtp.my3gb.com". nothing works out. Can you send me solutio for this?

SERVER: HTTP://WWW.MY3GB.COM

sorry, the web space provider is not www.one.com but it is
www.my3gb.com.
