Magi-Nation on Kids WB!

Has anyone started a thread about this new fantasy-based show that airs on early Saturday mornings? Animation wise it's actually pretty decent. Sure it's a kids show, but so is Avatar. If no one's created a thread about this show yet, I figured I should...

Nobody has been creating talkbacks for it, but Duke made this nice talkback image for if anybody did:

I'm like you. I think the animation is pretty decent, and while it is rated Y7 with e/I qualifications I like the different quests the kids must go on. I like the different monsters they can summon also from magicite. It's a lot like Di-gata Defenders, using magicite instead of dice, but the story telling seems to be a bit better.

Yes! Exactly! I like the design and production values. As soon as I saw the first episode of this show no more than a few weeks ago, I knew the show would be great. Whether or not anybody's going to watch it is another thing. A lot of people don't seem to watch WITCH or Oban too, but those shows have good production values too, and yet it seems like no one online talks about them, with few exceptions.

When did it start airing? It doesn't sound too bad really, and it does look like some good animation based on just a few screenshots. I like the character design too.

I was able to make out some of the names in the voice cast despite the credit shrinking, but not all of them. Tony was voiced by Lyon Smith, Ugger was voiced by Joseph Motoki, and I think Orwin and Freep were voiced by Rich Miller.

It's an okay show, but I've only managed to watch the 1st episode. I did tape a few episodes but work mixed with staying at a relatives house and Day-light Savings has prevented me from watching any of them.
