Madagascar 3: Should it be more on the penguins?

Now this is about the movie, but its not live action and its connected to the show so I figured it should belong here. Do you think it should be more on the Penguins this time? The last two films had the penguins doing small cameo parts. But maybe this time it should be about them and the others. Opinions?

It is related to the show, but might be better in General Animation because it's about a Dreamworks movie, not a Nick one. But what do I know, I'm not a mod.
Anyway all of the movies should have focused on the Penguins. Many people agree they stole the show. I mean why do think they're the stars of the their own? I certainly enjoy the show more than the movies so I think it would be a smart move. Besides the series features the Penguins at the zoo while the previous movie doesn't reveal how they get there so Madagascar 3 should be about that.

It could be because the voices of the main characters in the feature films are C-list celebrities who would be too expensive for a TV cartoon budget, and the studio didn't want to have to deal with recasting the voices for series work. It's far easier to just drop the characters entirely (or at least shove them deeply in the background) and bring them back for the next feature.

But really, yes, they were all about the penguins and the lemurs.

The whole point of that scene was to point out that for all their efforts to make it there, there was nothing to do there. Literally. (Maybe not so in real life, but I dunno.)

I think it's best to have the show be for the penguins to stretch their legs and elaborate on their thing, and leave the movie to take the other animals where they need to go. One thing I do hope for in movie 3 is some kind of insight as to how the lemurs get to NY in the show when only the penguins took the plane in the 2nd movie.
