I recently bought a pair of heels at Macy's and they just ripped.. Could I exchange them ? Or should i get them refurbished elsewhere ? Could Macy's do anything about it ?
You can return or exchange them if you had bought them in the last 180 days
you need a receipt if you dont have the tags.
If you have the tags still with the return label on it then they will be glad to give you your money back, or exchange them.
also if you had bought them on your charge card, that will also help you out with your return.
