Macromedia flash 8 can regonize the flash movie document but cant recognize

the flash document itself, HELP? Ive put a movie together and right as Im finishing it my Flash freezes up and dies. When I go to open the document it automatically freezes up and dies again. But the preview document that it creates when you first save it works fine and shows all my work. So whats up with my document?! Ive reinstalled the program 2 times now and its still not working T_T
