Anyone seen it yet?i saw it 2day,brilliantly over the top lol its action from start to finish,good performances from trejo,segal,fahey and de nero.
 
Is that the film version of the trailer in Grindhouse??
I remember hearing plans to turn it into a film but didn't realise it had been made.
 
Yes its the trailer that got turned in2 a movie,i think lots of people wanted to see it,also heard they were making eli roths Thanksgiving,dont know if its true though.
 
looking good for a sequel - apparently cost $20m to make and the gross takings to date according to IMDB are $24m - without being released in the UK.
 
It's a "region 5" copy, which is basically a DVD quality copy of the film.

but I agree, once again the studios shoot themselves in the foot by staggering the release dates.

Awesome film, Michelle Rodriguez and Jessica Alba, over the top action, explosions, Frank from Lost, a guy who looks like he's just escaped from a frying pan and Stephen Seagals fat uncle.
Loved every minute of it!:D
 
Really enjoyed this, lots of chopping :), gore, action, jessica alba, linRABey lohan :p this film is everything the expendables should of been. I can see this being easily popular enough for a sequel.
 
Sort of. The pool scene was taken directly from the original Grindhouse trailer, filmed with a different actress before turned it into a real film and cast Lohan in that role. But there is a later scene where you can see glimpses behind her hair.
 
Seen this movie and I thought it was right up there with some of the best I've seen for ages. It's so over the top but that's what makes it so good. Fahey is superb in it and I'd say that was definitely Lohan with her boobs out and not a body double.

Machete's an ugly bugger :D
