MacBook Pro vs. iMac Desktop? Which is better for a Graphic Designer?

Hello All,

I'm interested in purchasing a new apple computer. I'm a Graphic Designer so...it's a given that I would want/need an apple. Their computers are quality for my profession. Anyhow, I was wondering what you all thought about the iMac Desktop? I'm a student and I need a computer to work on...the iMac is of course cheaper than the laptop but it seems the laptop might have some better features than the desktop. I would really like you thoughts on what you would do.

You should go with the Pro. The portability of a laptop far encompasses the bulkiness of a huge 150 pound monitor.
