Mac Question!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Flashing Pictures of apple, folder, and sign!?

My mac wont do anything but show whiteness and flash pictures of the apple symbol, a folder with a question mark on it and a sign kinda like the do not enter sign, what should i do? ive already restarted it a couple times...
 
Hmmm. do you mean that you are not able to use your computer, or that it just flashes the computer screen. And which folder has the do not enter sign on it. It means you dont have permission to open the folder. I would be more specific would these kind of things. The only time the computer flashes, is when the mac is taking a screenshot.
