Mac OS X Leopard doesn't calculate image size anymore?

Hi there,

I am having a Macbook and I have always seen the image size(the px size not the kb size) below the images when I view them as thumbnails...I still do for jpg's but not for any gifs! I have 'show items info' checked in the folder options.

How can I fix this for the gifs?
