is too hard to repair this testpoint. This is the Flash_Reset line. Testpoint have connection between Flash (pin F4), S-Gold CPU (pin AE22) and Dialog chip (pin J3 -> PM-RESET_1.8V).
Try to use microschope to repair brocken way (repair connection between Flash and CPU) and insert solder paste (with Pb or Sn) on the testpoint pad (repair connection between Flash and Dialog chip). That is...
