Has anyone heard of them? I went into their site and they help with pool loans and no equity loans. Since I haven't been in my new house that long, its only a yr. old i have no equity in it yet. My husband and I are wanting to build an inground pool and are wanting to apply with them.
My question is, we just got a brand new suv out in my name, we had a car before that but since we are a family of 5 we decided it was time to upgrade. Will that count against me when they review my credit? Does my mortagage count against me? The house and the suv are under my name since i'm the one with almost perfect credit.
We just paid our furniture off, that was one thing i got denied for the last time i applied for a loan (with a different bank, about 3 months ago), because they said my debt to income was a little too high, but that's out of the way now. I think i have maybe 2 credit cards that are not maxed out or near maxed out but i still owe quite a bit on plus the new suv..should i even bother applying for a loan now or should i just wait?
We really want a pool but if any of this is going to count against me then why bother having them run my credit.
