ok heres my situation....after going to meps and doing my physical and swearing in and signing my contract and all that good stuff i had broken my thumb about a week later. now when i went to the hospital i asked them about my records and i totally forgot about this one time i had gotten reallly really drunk and had to go to the hospital for this. now i realize they asked have you at meps if you had ever have problems with alcohol and what or have been hospitalized now i did not mean to lie i really did completely forget about this.
my question is would this disqualify me? should i go back to my recruiter and tell her about this? or should i jus not say anything? will it come up if i get a security clearance?
please someone give me some answers im very nervous and do not want to get kicked out
