lunch on a two-day camping trip?

im going on Duke of Edingbrough and i need ideas for my lunch. For the first day i just need a sandwich, but for the second i need something that won't melt, turn stale, require a freezer, smell or any other problems you can have with food kept in a rucksack for 2 days. Any suggestions?

you may want to stop by some fast food place
otherwise
-soy jerky
-bread (in a sealed bag)
-trail mix bars
-cereal bars
-apple chips
-crackers (triscuits are my fave)
-oranges and those fruits that dont bruise
-bottled water
-soda
-juice
dont forget napkins and wet wipes!
