You do not want to go somewhere in which there are children crying, dishes clanging, beer drinkers burping, etc.
That rules out the chain restaurants, ESPECIALLY Denny's.
You need a quiet place where you can spread out whatever samples you are showing. A place that's quiet so you can talk, where there's not a lot of rushing around and background noise or a jukebox playing.
Decide on a nice quiet local place and call the manager of that place beforehand. Tell them that you are going to be coming in for a lunch interview, and make a reservation for a quiet section of the restaurant where you won't be disturbed and where you will be able to talk.
And for heaven's sake, DON'T eat broccoli or spinach or anything nasty that will get in your teeth or on your hands; or anything that will involve licking your fingers.
And let the hiring manager order first, so you don't look like a pig. You can eat your real lunch later.

Well, if you are interviewing for a job at Olive Garden. Have the Interview at Olive Garden. Definitely keep it professional.
