i just found a lump (mass) on my left arm, it is about 3 fingers up from the bend in the arm but towards the inner part..researching it i saw that the supratrochlear node is in this location, there is very little pain but the knot is about the size of a plum, i have a history of pre cancerous breast, i had a bilateral mastectomy 14 yrs ago. and have had a few sqaumous cell carcinomas of the skin, iam 49 yrs old and scared to the death with this..any ideas???
