Would love to hear some opinions on this if anyone has experienced anything similar.

When relaxing yesterday, I was rubbing my neck/shoulder area and noticed a small, pea-sized lump. The only way I can describe the location is that it's between the neck and shoulder area in the space just above the end of the collar bone. Let me say first that I already had a lump approx 1 inch above this new one. I had seen a doctor concerning the first lump 3 years ago and it was diagnosed as an inflamed lymph gland and not to worry unless it got hard or larger. This first lump has remained the same size and is still squishy and movable to the touch.

Okay, so back to the new one. This new one is movable as well, though smaller, but I can't really tell if it's squishy or not because it's so small. It does not hurt or feel hot/warm to the touch. I don't feel sick at all nor have I been sick within the last few months. And other than this new-found lump, I feel normal.

I am going to see a practitioner on Monday for a complete physical and will discuss with her to see if she wants me to see a specialist just in case. I'm hoping it is nothing and will go away on its own or will be like the other that just kind of hangs out.

Any thoughts or ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
