i had instrumented l5 l6 fusion on the 20 th july. been recovering at was doing quite well until i had a wee trip backwarRAB tonite. didnt fall to the ground or near it but my back feels like ive just had my surgery done again. am freakin out now in bed surrounded with pillows and medicated to the hilt. i hope when ive had a nites sleep it will be ok. what do you think??
